We don't offer it, but when I researched the Husky Towing 33056, I found that it's only compatible with the Husky 16KS or 16KW series 5th wheel hitches. It wouldn't be compatible with your Reese hitch.
We do offer an adapter that will work for you, though. The Demco # DM6194 would attach to the in-bed puck system and provide industry standard 5th wheel hitch mounting rails for your Reese hitch.

I have a solution for you, but there is not an under-bed kit you can use that isn't going to mount to the same spots as your current B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck hitch. In order to tow a 5th wheel trailer, instead of the B&W # BWRVK3700 you mentioned, you'll want to use the # BWRVK3400-5W for short bed trucks or the # BWRVK3500-5W for trucks with an 8 foot bed. The reason you go with a slider instead of a fixed 5th wheel hitch is because you might not have enough clearance when you are making sharp turns if you have a fixed 5th wheel hitch. We usually recommend to slider if you have a short bed because it eliminates this issue.

So the reason the pin weight capacity of a truck bed and the payload capacity is different is because the pin weight doesn't end up resting on the truck bed which is made of a thinner material and actually connects to the truck frame via the gooseneck hitch or fifth wheel hitch. So basically the difference is that pay load is the capacity of the truck bed and how much vertical weight it can handle and pin weight is the vertical weight capacity of the truck frame.
